Currently 4dp5dt and just looking for some positive stories as I’m not feeling any different to last months transfer which sadly didn’t work. I have no symptoms at all.
We had a good embryo transferred last month and I don’t know why it didn’t happen. I’m lucky we still have 19 embryos left still but it’s hard seeing everyone pregnant around me at the moment.

I think everyone feels like this in the TWW, and it’s so hard. Symptoms don’t really tell you anything, as early pregnancy symptoms at this stage are so similar to premenstrual symptoms. I knew this and still found myself obsessively symptom-spotting and googling.

Ultimately, with 19 embryos, your odds of bringing home a baby are very high, so maybe try to focus on that.

If you don’t have success soon, your clinic will have ideas of what to test next, re. additional treatment to support implantation, but you can cross that bridge if and when you come to it. It’s more likely you’ll have success this cycle or very soon.

Hang on in there and maybe just give yourself permission to feel anxious in this TWW - it’s completely normal and understandable.

Wishing you all the best.

Oh, and re positive stories, I had spotting and cramps the day before my OTD and so assumed my period was coming. But then I got a BFP and went on to have a successful pregnancy. Symptoms vary so much, and a lack of symptoms at this stage is completely normal, as the level of HCG is still low.

Yes ditto - certainly that early on, when the transfer was successful - I didn’t feel anything. I waited until day 11 to test, as recommended by my clinic, and nearer that time, I got the odd nosebleed and perhaps needed the toilet a bit more - but neither of these are that out of the ordinary for me anyway! Tbh - I didn’t really get any symptoms in the early stages, but of sickness around food aversion at 12 weeks or so, but that’s that. I defo would encourage you to not trade into symptoms or the lack of them - really, truly x

Thank you both! I’m really hoping I don’t have to go through a lot of them to get a baby but I will if I have to. Reading positive stories really does help. Must resist the urge to test early!!

Hi @Hopeful3092

Just came to say I am also on my tww after a natural cycle FET and the first transfer failing if you want a buddy! I am 6dp5dt today and trying hard not to test! I don’t really have many symptoms other than some light cramping/my abdomen generally feeling quite tight but I also have Crohn’s disease so this isn’t that unusual for me anyway. I had a lot more symptoms on the first transfer but it turned out to be a BFN (must have been the progesterone) so trying to be positive this time!

Good luck with your transfer, and hope you get your BFP x

Yes would be lovely! @clazbear I’m going crazy googling everything. My first go I had cramping but this time literally nothing not even sore boobs.
good luck to you too I’m hoping it works for us both

I am 8+4 pregnant with our icsi transfer. Only symptoms where cramping every day pretty much from transfer to well after OTD. Felt exactly like my period was coming so I was so disheartened.

Hello, I am 3dp 5dt - natural FET cycle. I had the same treatment in the summer which ended in a chemical at 5w. I’m trying not to symptom spot and I’m driving myself a bit mad 😬I’m trying to remember how my successful cycle felt at this stage but of course I don’t remember a thing 😂

Good luck xx
