Progesterone and short luteal phase

Hi all, 3rd cycle off the pill, first 2 cycles I had an 8 day LP, this 3rd cycle I had 10 days after adding Vit C and B compex

3rd cycle I also had tests done and my 21 day progesterone came back as 30

I understand anything over 30 indicates ovulation so this is very borderline.

Would progesterone supplements help boost this a bit and get me that longer LP?

Hi yes I managed to get prescribed progesterone and I am now 9 weeks pregnant with twins

CONGRATULATIONS!! That’s lovely news. Did you go through nhs gp or private? Currently wondering whether to bite the bullet and go private or wait until we hit the 12 month mark for nhs investigations (which is hard when I feel like I know what’s wrong - short LP).
