Turning 40 soon
Despite my decent amh I only have one ovary that responds and i keep chucking out poor quality blasts.
We have mif aswell-morphology so we have been using icsi. We've been doing ivf this since 37. I also have pcos
On my last cycle for example i got 4 eggs and We got 2 blasts but both were awful quality CC grade.
I'm feeling a bit hopeless and wondering if we should just give up .
Has anyone been in a similar situation
I'm struggling to know what to do next

How many cycles have you done? Have you had PGT-A testing to confirm that it’s an issue with embryo quality rather than implantation? Embryo morphology can only tell us so much, so PGT-A would be better. In terms of implantation have you had any tests for endometrial receptivity, thrombophilia or NK cells?

Have your clinic given you any advice on next steps?

@StillPrayingForAMiracle hello. I've just come across your post from last year and wondered how things have progressed for you since then? I'm turning 40 next year but we're new to the IVF world although have been trying naturally for 3 years. I'm so unsure if the odds are too stacked against us to try but then also worried about not trying IVF and regretting it. Hope you are well and things have worked out for you! X
