Today is my OTD following 5DT. I tested early by one day so yesterday and have also tested this morning before I called the clinic. It makes me approx 4.5 weeks (I think) Todays test is slightly lighter than yesterday…is this the start of a chemical? I’ve read they can happen in the first 4-5 weeks. Clinic said a positive is a positive and to enjoy it. Scan booked for 4 weeks time on Nov 24th…I’m not sure I can wait that long without knowing

No! That's a lovely strong positive. I don't think daily testing is a good idea - your HCG doesn't double every day, and if you were slightly more hydrated for today's test than yesterday's, that could affect the strength of the result.

If you were having a chemical I'd expect your positive to be much fainter than that.

I agree with your clinic. You've got to try and relax. I know how hard it is, I've been there.

And congratulations!
