Evorel 100 and FET

I'm doing a frozen cycle this month and I started Evorel 100 estrogen patches on the 25th October when my down regulation scan showed my lining to be nice and thin at 2.2mm.

I have another scan on Friday 3rd November to see how my lining its thickening up I just wonder how likely it'll be that it's thicken enough for a transfer? My clinic says it'll be 6/7 days after its confirmed for a transfer to go ahead as I'll need to start progesterone.

How long were you on evorel for before you had you transfer? And how soon was you told you're ready?

I've had two previous FETs and am hopefully having my third next week. In both previous cycles I've been on Evorel patches for 12 days before a lining scan, then had transfer 7 days later. My clinic look for a lining over 7mm and mine has always been there. I do 1 patch every 2 days for 6 days, then 2 every 2 days from then on.

I have a scan on day 10 this time as I'm going on holiday, but hoping my lining will be thick enough for transfer a week later.

Good luck at your scan

Hello, I hope I’m posting in the right location and sorry if I am not. How long did you have to wait after a mc to have another FET? What test did the fertility clinic request? Thanks!

@kirstysmbc can i ask if your clinic had you continue the 48hrly patches once your lining was thick enough? My lining was slow to respond but has now rapidly grown to 10mm after patches were added on top of my estrogen tabs and my FET has now been booked for next week. They want me to continue both but I’m now worried it will thicken too much now if I do!

@Sierra26 Yes, the patches continued to 12 weeks of pregnancy if the FET was successful. I think once you start progesterone the lining stops getting thicker. Good luck!
