Estrogen too high on day 3

This is my first IVF cycle and I went for my scan on day three and bloods were taken.

I've had a call to say estrogen (I think) was too high and I am not to take anymore injections till I have had new bloods taken tomorrow to see if they are lower.

Anyone experienced this? I have a low amh.

I'm on day 3 and had the same as well, turns out I have a cyst which is haemorrighic causing the estrogen levels to read as elevated

Thanks for your response. It was higher yesterday but they said I had a large follicle which was causing it.
