We are purely MFI, 3 failed icsi cycles good number of eggs and fertilization rates but poor quality embryos which didn't implant. We are not looking to travel for IVF at the moment so booked a consultation at another local clinic. Unfortunately despite supplements and clomid DH sperm is simply getting worse and our consultant said motility is the lowest she has seen in a while. In our previous icsi we tried zymot but the sperm were not motile enough.
This clinic suggested we can try PICSI but have admitted they don't know that it will help us.
Does anyone have experiences with PICSI in similar circumstances?
