Lifting heavy grocery bag after transfer

1 day past transfer. Lifted a heavy shopping bag full of groceries and walked back to car.
Stressing myself out now becsuse I keep reading I shouldn't be lifting anything heavy as it may stop implantation

i totally understand why you’re worrying but please don’t! I had a lot of thoughts like this and put them to various gynaecologists and obstetricians who reassured me. It doesn’t make a lot of biological sense that carrying a bag will have that sort of impact. Best thing you can do is try to stay calm and wait until you can test. Crossing my fingers for you.
