Pain when sneezing lying down?

I have done two cycles of IVF (both unsuccessful) and just waiting for my next cycle early next year. During the first two cycles I did get twinges around where my ovaries are but think that's all totally normal.

This is a bit random, bear with me! It's over seven months since I last did a cycle but when I lie down at night and sneeze with my legs straight I get a sharp pain where my right ovary is. I also get the same sharp pain (TMI) if I pass wind laying down with my legs straight. It's okay if I have my legs bent but if they're straight I get a jolt of pain (always where the right ovary is). Given it's over seven months since I had any treatment I just wanted to check if this is normal? I've still got a few months until my next cycle can go ahead so if there is something to be checked over best I do it sooner rather than later?

Thanks in advance!

See your doctor. This is not normal.
