Ov test photos. Help please

I have prem ovarian insufficiency but I do think I sometimes ovulate (as seen on scans too)

Hormones been crazy recently and I've just done an ov test.

I expected the clear blue to come up an empty circle because I haven't used it for a while and it immediately came up as a static smiley?! I'm confused

Especially as the pre mom one isn't a positive (ie the 1st line isn't darker or equal to the control line)

Any thoughts? I don't understand either of these results.

It's completely normal.
It's impossible to catch your lh surge at exactly the right time. Many women miss their surge . It can happen in a flash or alternatively it hasn't reached peak yet.
The clearblue detects both lh and estrogen so they work differently.
What time of day did you test?

By the way I never get high readings on clearblue. I always go from blank straight to smiley
