Question about day 5 transfer

Hi I’m having a FET soon and would like to ask when did you have your day 5 embryo transfer done after ovulation?

It is my understanding that they align the cycle with the embryo age. Embryo age: 1 day collection+5 days. So transfer will be on Day 7.

Are you doing a natural cycle or medicated? If natural, then I thought it was 5 days after ovulation. If it's a medicated cycle, then it doesn't matter when ovulation is, the transfer will be 5 days after you start progesterone support.
