Chronic endometritis where to get tested

Hi,

I am wondering where I could get tested for chronic endometritis if my IVF clinic doesn't do it. 6 implantation failures/miscarriages since a healthy child.Does anyone have any ideas? It seems like you have to be part of an IVF clinic to get it done? I am based in the south. I read about a CERM trial but they aren't currently taking people on.

Thanks

@Sofie19 you can get a menstrual fluid microbiome test that works in the same way as the Emma Alice test.

www.fertilysis.com/tests/female-infections/fertilysis-female-microbiome

You want the full female microbiome. They will send a kit, you collect a few drops of menstrual flood in the first few hours of full flow, put it in the freezer, mid cycle take a vaginal swab. Then have the kit couriered back to the lab. They will email the results around 2 weeks later. Results look like the attached. Mine were normal but if you need antibiotics it will advise what type and you can take it to your gp to prescribe.

This is the best way to test without having a biopsy taken.

Hey.
I hope you don't mind me messaging. Can you have this test done in the UK?
Thanks!

@Hhdxx yes, you can order off the website they send you a kit, you take the samples and arrange courier collection which takes the samples to the lab in Greece and then they email you the results around two weeks later.

Hi,
@Sofie19 I am in a similar position to you now and I wondered if you decided to go for the test? And what you thought? X

Hi @RoseLeo
I haven't got the test done yet but that's because I'm waiting for a hysteroscopy and they said they will do a swab for endometritis for me. But I still have a few more months to wait. If I wasn't having that I would probably get the test @Gardenlady543 mentioned.
