Wondering if anyone can offer advice
I have pcos and high amh so they said based on bloods I had done in feb I have to do a freeze all as I'm high risk of ohss. Fast forward 8 months and I've just had my second scan and collection will be on Sunday however I'm just confused by it all.
Now they are saying I'll do a fresh transfer if we have any blasts. They put me on really low dose meds and I'm just wondering how they got this so wrong. I only have 4 follicles . I just can't make sense of it. At every past scan I've had they said it was obvious I had pcos due to all the follicles and the high amh too so how have I responded so poorly. Should I be expecting more eggs if I have so many follicles ? Did they get the dose wrong or has my fertility declined so much in 9 months that my reserve has went from high to low ?
