Clinic recommendations - low AMH and immune system issues

Hello,

We've previously done two rounds of IVF at Herts & Essex.

Thinking about changing clinics - I really like H&E but have been recommended trying a different clinic to try a different embryologist.

I have low AMH so am considering either natural modified IVF or a duo-stim cycle.

I also have positive antinuclear antibodies which may have contributed to past recurrent miscarriage so I'm looking for a clinic that would treat immunes (H&E previously discounted this as an issue).

We have MFI but are thinking of extracting sperm direct from testes for better quality and will need ICSI.

Any recommendations for clinics in London, or Home Counties?

Hi @twoforwardandtwoback I wondered how you got on? I am similar - low amh, recurrent miscarriage from ivf pregnancies and positive ANA too. I am just starting at ARGC and doing duostim!

Hey, @Ems123456789 I am the Op (not sure if it will pick me up as such as I changed name and just tried to change it back...)

So I haven't moved much further forwards versus that post. In October I discovered I have hypothyroidism and started taking Levothyroxine (I'm not sure why my clinic has never checked this as it seems quite fundamental to fertility). I then fell pregnant in December (just before I was about to start a duo stim cycle with the same clinic) but had another miscarriage at the start of February.

So I'm not trying to work out how best to proceed and am contemplating trying natural modified IVF.

Wish you lots of luck. I have heard that ARGC are very good. I'd be interested to know how you get on!

Hi @twoforwardandtwoback i am so sorry for your recent loss. It’s heartbreaking each time but especially when it keeps happening. My previous clinic were a bit useless and checking things like this, sorry to hear it wasn’t picked up but glad you’ve had it picked up now. I’d be interested to hear about natural modified. ARGC is quite daunting in terms of how full on it is but I’m going for a kitchen sink approach on this one. We shall see! Will keep you posted. All the best ❤️
