IVF/ Progesterone tiredness vs normal pregnancy

Not sure if anyone will know the answer to this...

But do you know if the progesterone you take for the first 6 weeks following an embryo transfer when doing IVF is on a par with the level of progesterone as if you had conceived naturally or do you have an excessive amount vs natural?

Wondering as I am 6 weeks pregnant and absolutely exhausted....! Wanted to know if it is the 800mg progesterone i'm taking daily!

@pandapopk I can’t answer as not been officially pregnant yet ever. Im interested to know the answer to this too though as I’m currently in my two week wait 12dp5dt (testing in a few days) and so exhausted and have zero energy. I have been taking progesterone for two weeks now and on loads of it - pessaries and injections. Zonked! 😴

@pandapopk I was on 1200mg a day until week 12 and I wasnt more tired because of it.
Im nearly 16 weeks and I cant really say Im exhausted... A bit more tired than usual, and will sleep longer if left to my own devices, but only started noticing that after week 8 or 9.

I wouldnt say it is necessarily the progesterone. But it might have a different effect on you! Were all different, and effects of things are different as well! I have zero bloat on the progesterone, but loads of people have loads!
