Exercising while on stims

Has anyone received any advice about exercising while on stims ?
I want to keep to shape but don't want to exert my body while it's in egg production mode.
is exercising in general ok or should I be taking it easy?

I was told to avoid strenuous workouts as you risk ovarian torsion towards the end when they get really big

I was of the same thinking as you when doing my first stims a couple of months ago but honestly by day 4 of stims I would have struggled to do a Zumba class with the bouncing around due to how heavy my hips felt, almost like that day before period ache but in your sides.

My clinic advised to avoid any swimming due to risk of infection, anything that includes twisting due to twisting ovaries and also anything that made your body temp rise too high. Also your body will divert energy away from the reproductive organs to use for completing a workout and then the recovery of the workout.

You can do light exercise. I think running or yoga sort of stuff is okay. However, about a week into stims, you most likely won't be able to do anything. You will feel sore and bloated and walking will be painful let alone exercising :) How fun. Good luck with your cycle!!

I was advised against running and any form of strenous exercise during stims and as other have pointed out even if I had wanted, I wouldn't have been able to exercise due to the pressure on my ovaries.
