I'm a 37 year old ..38 before the years out.
I've been put on mild ivf protocol with lowest dose Bemfola for just 5 days.
I'm looking to hear from anyone with pcos who's also done ivf .what protocol did you do , what was your age and what was the outcome ?
I guess I'm concerned that they are using my amh results that are one year old. My amh level was 50.
I've since started metformin which I've read can lower amh and I've also done several rounds of clomid. Apparently any fertility stimulation can reduce your amh.
I guess their concern is i would overstimulate based on that result but as i said , those results arent recent and I'm worried that I'm not going to be stimulated enough to produce enough follicles to give us a chance since my amh could be really different now and perhaps require a slightly higher dose since mine is so low and for such a short period
I'm guess I'm just wondering what to expect doing ivf with pcos and what advice you have
