Sorry for this utterly stupid question. My clinic haven't actually explained to me where to take the injections. The tutorial video is taken at a distance and shows a brief sheet that it's impossible to make out .
Is it below the belly button ? Could anyone provide me with a link to a video somewhere that I could follow. Clinic haven't been much help . When I asked them they advised abdomen or thigh . I'm due to start Injections next week and I've just no clue how to administer them
