I am currently with Create. No success yet but all I will say is they’ve gone above and beyond to support me following on from an IVF miscarriage and I did get 6 decent embryos. Good luck!

I would say Create, with them now and feel care/treatment is very tailored. Care-had a consultation with them but was not impressed, consultation was very vague/unprepared and was left not really knowing what protocol was suggested, based on the invoice of meds it appeared to be long protocol after googling the meds names (which I thought was odd as I have a low AMH and usually short protocol is advised). That could have been an isolated case though as I have read some good experiences with Care by some people on MN

@Sunflower360 Which Create clinic are you with, out of interest? I’m with Wimbledon (Raynes Park) and my initial consultation and scan were really great and my co-ordinator is lovely, but I had a HyCosy yesterday and it all felt a bit disorganised (though the doctor was very nice). I think the assistant sounded a bit new though, so perhaps could have just been because of that, but it got me questioning if we should have looked at more places…

@GreenTurtle75 I'm not with Wimbledon, that does not sound great. I think they have other ones in London? Could it perhaps be worth exploring another?

Tbh patient coordinators can be a bit of a miss, so just be careful with that but generally the medical care is good. I have found that anyway

I was with Care for 3 IUIs (it was originally an NHS clinic that was brought out by care and my treatment started when it changed to care so stuck with them as was ready to start after COVID delays) and I found them to not be supportive, poor communication, prices rose every month! And just generally appalling, I felt they didn't treat IUI or single patients the same as IVF or couples. Also, when I was having one of my IUIs done the nurse washed her hands, put gloves on, went to try speculum which was too short so she went and got another one, touching door handles with the gloves and they went to continue with the procedure, I had to ask her to change her gloves. When I raised my concern around this the reply I got was "a vagina isn't sterile" 😂 was lost for words.

I moved to ABC who is like the sister company for Create for IVF and they have gone above and beyond at every possible point, I find them quick with getting the appointments set up, super clear on the information they give and really patient focused. ABC is cheaper as it's nurse led but they check in with consultants to decide next steps, I've had calls from consultants and embryologists to answer questions and ease concerns.

The only thing they can be poor on in my experience is replying to emails but if I need a quick reply I call and the usually get back to me within an hour.

Price wise there's a massive difference, ABC/ create as much cheaper than Care.
