Manchester Fertility experiences?

We are looking at the access packages at Manchester Fertility after having a failed round of IVF on the NHS in a different clinic.

So far the admin team have been great (unlike our current clinic) and the packages can be tailored to what we need.

Does anyone have any experiences they could share?

@Kittybijoux - we're about to start our first ICSI cycle next week with them. Nothing really bad to say so far - sometimes you have to chase things up but I'm pretty sure that will be the same everywhere!

@marshk thank you for your experience so far! We have been with Care Leeds whose admin team are SHOCKINGLY bad - no one seems to know anything, they say they will call you back and most times they don't, appointments get missed off the portal and they couldn't tell us the prices for one of the packages for 5 days!

So after a handful of conversations with Access Fertility and Manchester Fertility they already seem so much more efficient and knowledgeable.

On that basis MF are heaps and bounds better!! xx
