Ivf / 2 embryos / London clinics

Hello, I have previously suffered from infertility and used these boards previously under another username.

Circumstances have changed and I have some frozen eggs I want to use with a new partner.

I want to use a clinic which is prepared to implant two embryos (for various reasons).

I know clinics vary in how willing they are to do this so I would appreciate any recommendations on London clinics where this wasn't an issue.

I don't want to waste loads of money on initial consultations when this is the only question I want to ask.

It's very specific to your individual circumstances - just because one person has had a double transfer at a certain clinic doesn't mean that the same clinic will agree to do it as standard in your case?

Thanks, yes I do appreciate that they won't implant two embryos in anyone but from what I can gather some are more open to it than others, so am just trying to gauge who might be worth approaching, as its £250 for am initial consultation.

There are good reasons why they don't do double transfers in the majority of cases. It might be worth reading up about this a bit more if you haven't already.

ARGC are more willing to do double transfers

Yes this one is well known for double transfers

ARGC are really pricey though

Know this is a bit late @X6hfyib4ms but I'm with LWC and have actually been recommended to have a double transfer. Obviously it does depend on your case but don't think there's any issue with being open about this when you speak to the clinic, to see if they're right for you! x

Thanks very much all, I actually spoke to ARCG and they said they'd only do a do a single transfer.

Thanks @Lebe14 I'll look up LWC
