Had My second scan and can do fresh transfer:(

Hello.
I had my second scan today and they can't do a fresh transfer due to a 5mm fibroid in the uterus cavity. Its literally right in the centre. I am completely gutted.
They said the consultant will probably refer me for a hysteroscopy. God knows how long that will be.
I feel devestated and like this is just never gona have a positive outcome.
They also said I have another 11mm fibroid in the wall of the uterus.

Background: 36, ttc 3 years. Revered for icsi for MFI although maybe the fibroid is having an impact. I also have endometriosis.

I am currently having further investigations after 2 nearly 3 years ttc, its so hard when every mnth comes n af shows ive been begging for help from gp for 2 years n only now they decide to refer me to fertility clinic n endocriniologist
