Noristherone before ivf drugs? Is that normal

I'm doing short protocol. They want me to take noristherone. I'm just kinda confused as they have told me why at all. Am I to expect a bleed or not ?
I understand its to control the timing but rhey haven't said if I am supposed to have a bleed or not after taking this?
I just know from using a similar medication provera that I would bleed after taking it.
I feel completely lost rhey don't explain things well to me

I've been prescribed Norethstirone before I start the ovaleap injections. It's to elongate my cycle so that they can time my period (the clinic we are using batches their patients in for Egg Collection around the same time)

Once you stop taking the Norethisterone you should have a period after about 3 days apparently. I've been prescribed it from 4th September to 21st September. They then expect me to have a period and I'll have a baseline scan on 26th September and start Ovaleap injections then too
