I'm fretting over my ivf next month. I'll be 38 next month.
I am a bit overweight, I'm 12 stone. I know I needed to eat super healthy 3 months before but I've really struggled now I'm worried ill produce really crap eggs as I also have pcos too. I don't drink or smoke but to be honest my diet isn't great. I do eat biscuits, crisps and alot of take out food I.e sandwiches, wraps . If I'm eating at home ill eat chicken soup or something. I did have one good home cooked meal yesterday, a Sunday roast but then on Saturday I ate a cheeseburger. I did 6 rounds of medicated clomid prior and it's left me tired, too tired to cook in evenings. I've taken on a second part time job to be able to afford ivf. When I come home in evening cooking is the last thing I feel like doing.
Has anyone any advice?
Did you find cleaning up your diet helped your egg quality ? Or do you think its simply down to luck anyway
