Hi all
ive had 3 ectopics pregnancy and my first FET failed. I’m taking a few supplements: folic acid, iron, vitamin c and omega 3. I’m also taking Symprove for good gut health and actimel daily because why not?! 😁 I’m wondering if I should do a course of vaginal good bacteria? Has anyone else done this? Is this overkill?

I would speak with your GP .
The micro biome in vagina can affect implantation and the key to a healthy body is gut health but It's possible there's too much of a good thing. Most bacteria should leave your body but if you have too much good bacteria, besides bloating and gas, this can turn your fibre into fatty acids. This can deposit into organs like your liver and increase your risk of heart disease and diabetes type 2 as it can cause metabolic syndrome . One good biotic a day should be enough. There's lots of different strains of good bacteria and they all have different purposes
