Microprolactinoma and failed IVF

Hope everyone is well. I'm hoping to connect with anyone who has a Microprolactinoma and has had success with IVF or natural conception. I got diagnosed 4 years ago, and have infertility issues for 5 years. No conception ever... I feel so upset as today my first frozen embryo transfer was confirmed to be unsuccessful.
Everything was going in the right direction but I feel like the doctors always fobbed me off in regards to the prolactin medication - I was not given clear direction from my consultant or the IVF clinic which really makes me think it may have been the reason for this failed transfer. I was told to continue the meds even thought the levels were very low.
The medication for the prolactin is horrendous; I'm currently on bromocriptine.... any advice will be appreciated for the future choices I make.. thank you! X

I have a prolactinima and have been on Cabergoline 10 years minus a break for pregnancy. I couldn't do Bromocriptine it gave me terrible headaches.

I've been pregnant twice, first time resulting in my daughter, second time was ectopic (nothing to do with the prolactinoma). I was told to stop Cabergoline as soon as I get a BFP. As far as I'm aware Bromocriptine is safer for use in pregnancy which is they prescribe it if they know you're TTC.
