Bleeding after positive test FET

Hi all, just wondering if anyone had/is experiencing bleeding at around week 5 that has gone on for a week, and ended with a positive outcome? Mainly brown, some red/ pink seems to be more when I’m active but had quite a bit each day (not free flowing as such but when I wipe/ on liner) Scan isn’t for another week and I’m going out my mind. Hoping it’s related to pessary’s? Or the oestrogen? However I never experienced this with a previous transfer so can’t help but think it’s the end of the road.

I had bleeding at 5 weeks 4 days and then again at 9 weeks, after my first positive FET. It was mostly brown and when I had a scan there was nothing on there to explain to bleeding. Currently 19 weeks pregnant :)
