Anyone doing short protocol ?

I will be doing short protocol. I'm waiting for appointment to get meds checks ect which will be next month.
I'm wondering.. im doing short protocol as risk of ohss pcos ,
How does this differ, do they still shut down your ovaries with injection?
My friend is doing ivf and she just got her prostap injection but from reading on Google it says prostap isn't given to people who have pcos that they prefer centrotide instead of prostap. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas what kind of prep I will have before stims

I was on a short protocol at the start of the year and I just started stims on the 2nd day of my period, no down regulation at all but I believe some clinics do down regulate on both short and long so check with your clinic
