Cyclogest and Utrogestan - help with timings please

Clinic have advised taking Cyclogest x 2 daily - morning and evening about 12 hours apart.

Utrogestan x 3 daily - morning, afternoon and evening - but need to stay lying down for 20 minutes after.

I can’t do the midday Utrogestan until about 3pm due to work (no access to toilet and unable to stay lying down.

Would you take them both at the same time morning and night and delay the afternoon dose to 3pm (so bigger gap between morning and afternoon dose vs afternoon and evening dose)
Or…
Delay the Utrogestan evening dose to accommodate the 3pm delay and allow the same amount of hours between each Utrogestan dose but therefore take Cyclogest and Utrogestan at different times in the evening?

Sorry if this is confusing but I’m really stressing about getting it wrong!

You're not going to be able to equally space out 5 medications with your schedule. What's more important is taking them my their half life. Cyclogest is given twice a day, so space that out by 12 hours, I'd then take the uteogestan at the same time as these two doses and take the third when it's convenient for you. By the way cyclogest can be used rectally but utrogeatan can't, so I would put the utrogestan in vaginally and cyclogest in rectally at the same time.

I was worried about the utrogeston pessaries and leakages after reading other people having problems with them so planned to do on my lunch break but when I got started they were actually fine, mine came with applicators, like tampons put you out the pessary in. It's great as you get them high and barely as leakage, haven't lay down after any of mine so may be worth checking if you can get applicators for them

I used the Utro applicators with cyclogest also. They just about fit and made everything easier x
