Getting pregnant with PCOS over 37

I knew fertility declines and i often see women late 30s and 40s pregnant but perhaps they dont have pcos.
This is honestly just stressing me out. I'm 38. "It's possible upto 37"
Is it saying at my age of 38 it's going to be impossible to get pregnant?
I have such anxiety and I'm contemplating if theres any point going through with ivf now. Were due to start next menstrual cycle. I have so much anger than it's taken a few years to get to this point with nhs.

Has anyone over 37 with pcos got pregnant? Looking for some success stories

@HowlingAtTheM00n my sister has PCOS and had my niece with no interventions at 39. She actually found it easier to get pregnant in her late 30s relative to when she had her first child (took 2.5 years at 31). Everyone is different and I am not a doctor (so can't give you bespoke medical advice only positive anecdotal evidence) but it is definitely possible.
