Low egg count third cycle - any happy endings stories?

Hi all, hoping to get some optimism here...

I am 41 end of the month, did 1 cycle with the NHS and current on 3 with Create.

First cycle - long protocol, 16 eggs collected but only 4 fertilised via normal IVF, 2 made blasts and had a fresh transfer but miscarried at 5 weeks
Second cycle - mild stimulation, 10 eggs, 4 fertilised via ICSI, 1 normal euploid but did not implant
Third cycle - mild stimulation, 4 eggs, 1 fertilised... not even day 3 yet

I thought it was just my eggs that was the problem, but doctor said it's the morphology of the sperm as well (they didnt specifically say that last time).

They have advised to freeze the day-3 embryo (if it makes day 3), I've read that day-3 embryos have lesser chance so feeling defeated at the moment.

I have another cycle in Sept but seriously trying to be prepared for the worst.

Any happy stories here to share?

Hi @MsPeony I am due to start with Create later this month on a 3 cycle natural modified protocol. It's interesting that yhey have said morphology could be an issue, I'm by no means an expert, but would that have not been addressed with ICSI? Plus morphology has been explained to me as being interchangeable- some months it can vary, but as long as motility and count is good, it should be fine... I'm as yet to find out though first hand as our first IVF had failed fertilisation and an abnormal fertilisation so with Create we will be doing ICSI now
