Help me understand hormones

Hello I am new here and I am trying to ready my body to try for a family but I find hormones overwhelming to understand. Can anyone tell me what this ratio means? Is it estrogen dominance? I have read that the estrogen to progesterone ratio should be around 100 to 10. I have many estrogen dominance symptoms and would like to take care of this before I try for a baby. Thank you!

I'm a do do head and didn't include my ratio results..Sorry!

The ratio of estradiol to progesterone is:
227 pmol/L estradiol to <0.5 nmol/L progesterone

Hi there, I found out I was extremely estrogen dominant even though doctors kept telling me numbers are normal. I am on high progesterone therapy. But a huge factor is my thyroid and liver.

My highest was <0.5 nmol/L, which is basically almost no progesterone. What is the units for your progesterone. You have to find you progesterone to estrogen ratio* *using this,

Your progesterone to estrogen ratio should be at least 100:1 all the way up to 600:1. My ratio was 5:1 which is pretty bad.

Progesterone to Estrogen Ratio Calculator

The progesterone to estrogen ratio calculator estimates the value of a parameter used to assess hormone imbalance and converts progesterone and estradiol units.
