Wondering would whey protein shakes be unhealthy?
Looking to bump up my protein as I read it can help better quality eggs before ivf. I've read 30g minimum and I should aim for 60g ? I couldn't possibly eat 2 chicken fillets a day to obtain this and wondering should I add a protein shake for during my workout . Or would the sucralose and stuff in it just be unhealthy

Eat eggs daily, protein cheese, nuts, powdered peanut butter. Skyr yogurt or Greek yogurt.

I second @Voowoo
Cheese/milk/Yog/nuts/cottage cheese/protein puddings/high protein cereal/avocado/eggs

I would say avoid protein powder as there's likely sweeteners to keep it low cals and these from what I have read can be hormone interruptors.

There's a book by Professor Adam Balen that gives facts and research around the food benefits/disadvantages, things to avoid. Very big on having the full fat versions of food.

It's called "the fertility book"
