Hi! Just wanting to know what people have stopped during stims please? Such as fake tanning and hair dye?
and if there are any alternatives for fake tan?

Hi, I didn't stop anything as such but I did switch my cleaning products to non toxic ones. Less chemicals the better! Also made sure my body moisturiser and face moisturisers were paraben free/as clean as possible. I stopped doing my nails (gel) once I had embryo transfer and same with having my hair done etc
