Supplements Pre IVF ?

Hi all due to start IVF in October just wondering what supplements you took leading up to it to give yourself the best chance ? Or any advise would be appreciated as this is all very new to me I'm 36 trying for my first . Unexplained infertility .

Hiya, really recommend Ovum supplements. You can get them on Amazon or direct from their website I think. They're based on the book It Starts With The Egg, which has a lot of other info about lifestyle changes when prepping for IVF (although can be quite overwhelming so don't worry about it unless you're very keen).

There isn't much consensus on any supplements being helpful really. Other things to do would be stop all caffeine and alcohol and follow a Mediterranean style diet. Regular exercise, all the usual stuff. Good luck!

I second it's starts with the egg. I think the COQ10 Super Ubiquinol really helped along with the other recommendations. X
