Last egg.

So we had a failed fet back in May, and waiting to get back at it next cycle, but we only have one egg left and it's a 4cc. This is our last chance now, as we just can't afford anymore goes. How do u cope knowing that it your last go?

Hi, I don’t have personal experience of this as I’m just starting my infertility journey. However, I wish you the best of luck and I think rather than focussing on this being your last go, you should try and stay as calm as possible. It must be far easier said than done but I think if you can somehow pretend it’s not your last go, you’ll have a better chance of things working. I’ve also found it helpful to focus on the positives of my life through not having children; that’ll keep you in as good a mood as possible rather than fixating on a child being essential. I really hope it works for you!
