Has anyone tried an extended letrozole cycle? My consultant recommended a monitored extended letrozole cycle so essentially taking it until he says stop. Then I have a trigger shop then that pin point's ovulation. I mean fingers crossed it works but anyone else taken letrozole more than the usual 5 days in a cycle?
