PCOS LOCI Trial - help?!

Hi guys! Just been given my prescription and got all my tablets but I’m completely lost on what your supposed to take and when :( any tips? I’ve been given norethisterone to bring on a bleed as this doesn’t happen naturally at all so starting that tomorrow but unsure when to take the other tablets and how long for 😫 just have a load of tablets and feeling abit overwhelmed on what to do or how to go about keeping track of it all. Am I right that you start all the pills on the 2nd day of your period and stop the ovulation ones after 5 days then just continue to take the metformin/placebo everyday after that or is that just for a certain amount of days too?

heres what they told me with mine, i had provera to bring on period. it’s my first day of period or tomorrow i will start taking my fertility meds. just one tablet to start with. at the same time i will take the metformin/placebo. i will take the fertility meds for 5 days but continue with the metformin/placebo throughout. tomorrow (day 2 of my period) as well as starting both tablets i have to book a blood test appt in 21 days time. this will tell me if i’ve ovulated or we need to increase the dosage of fertility meds. i hope this helps and you’re ok.
