First scan after FET with a PGT embryo

Hi,
I had a FET with a PGT tested 5AA quality embryo on 01.06.23. I am now 22dp5dt. I had the first ultrasound yesterday (transvaginal). Doctor could only see the gestational sac. There was maybe something in it but she wasn't sure. My hcg is doubling regularly. It was 4273 last Monday. So it supposed to be around 8000 yesterday. It is normally a good number to see the yolk sac but she said 5w 5d is too early to see it. By the way, she is not an IVF specialist. Since I did the IVF abroad, I cannot go to my clinic right now. She wants see me again next Monday. I will be 6w 2d then.

Was there someone in the same situation and turned out to be fine in the end?

After 6 failed embryo transfers + 1 miscarriage, we did everything we could this time. Hysteroscopy, PGT, endometrial scratching, doxycycline, cortison, you name it. I was really hopefully since hcg was rising perfectly this time. Since yesterday I feel like my breasts are not as tender and my belly is not as tight. Feels like pregnancy symptoms are fading...
I attached the picture from yesterday's scan. Does anyone had a similar experience which at the end turned into a healthy baby?

@CountessIVF It really might just be too early to see anything. My IVF clinic doesn't scan until 7w4d and say it's because that's when they can properly assess the viability of a pregnancy.

This is why most clinics won't scan until 7 weeks at the earliest. Sorry your in this situation and hope you get clarity with another scan in a few weeks.

I went to my dr today for another scan. It is 6w + 2d today. Still no yolk sac in it and it is relatively big gestational sac. Dr said there is almost no hope at this point...
I am really sad. I really don't know what else I can do...
