Success stories after multiple rounds of IVF?

Hi everyone

I guess I'm just looking for some words of encouragement or success stories from other people having been through the same thing.

Myself and DH have been TTC for 5 years now. In our late 20s and have been through three rounds of IVF (ICSI) a couple of years ago. We have male factor infertility and I have no known issues, eggs etc all look perfect for my age.

ICSI Fresh Round 1 - BFP (Miscarriage at 7 weeks)

FET Round 2 - BFN

FET Round 3 - BFN

All top grade embryos but no explanation for the miscarriage or 2 rounds of failed implantation.

On our fresh round we got 11 eggs. 9 fertilised and 3 made it to say 5.

DH is on proxeed to hopefully help with sperm quality and we are planning to go ahead with a whole new round next month. My best friend has just announced her first pregnancy, I'm so happy for her, but pathetically sad for me, and definitely feeling the pressure a lot more now.

We have age on our side, everything looks good for me and ICSI should apparently solve most of our male factor issues, so why is it not working? It feels so stressful and upsetting questioning whether or not it will ever happen for us.

Does anyone have any success stories after multiple failed rounds? Or any good tips/things I should be doing? I should be an expert by now but still feel absolutely clueless!

Thanks in advance!

I am finally 11 weeks pregnant after round four.

I had an endemetrio test after number 3 and discovered I had a displaced implantation window.

I also had a progesterone test and found out my numbers were really low so they added lubion to round four as well as steroids.

Wishing you the best of luck xx
