Implantation or AF?

Hi, I have just done my second cycle of IVF (fresh transfer) and I am 7dp5dt. Today I have had some brown watery spotting when I go to the toilet. Barely anything on pads. I haven't had any cramps but I don't feel pregnant and this is the time my usual period would arrive. I wondered if anyone had any experiences like this and if it was implantation or period breaking through the progesterone. Last cycle my period only started after I stopped taking the progesterone. My OTD isn't until Sunday but I'm worried it's all over 😞.

There's no way of knowing unfortunately. Huge sympathy - I've just been through the same. For some it's a good sign, for others not. You just won't know until OTD. Personally mine came and went and then became heavier so I was fairly confident our cycle hadn't worked, which was correct. Will keep fingers crossed for you.

I'm waiting to start IVF so I can only comment on my own natural conception experience. My implantation bleed was almost like a period to start but only lasted a couple of hours. As I ovulated early my pregnancy test was positive just over three weeks. However I don't know how medication will impact discharge.

Thank you, I did a test this morning and it was negative but clinic have said I still have to do another one in 3 days as that's my OTD and because it's pale brown and so light it could still be implantation (I don't believe it is) I've already booked up my follow up so I can get my immunes tested then do a FET. It's such an exhausting journey isn't it. 😔

Same situation as you - 9 days post IUI and had small yellowish brown bleeding today. I don't feel pregnant but am holding the hope. Reading other responses, I think there is no way to know unless you have a full period. Fingers crossed!
