Sibling Donor Sperm

Does anyone know how it works if you have had successful iui treatment whilst in a relationship… if I wanted to add a sibling but I am no longer in that relationship. Would it be allowed?

TIA

You need to be a bit more specific about the circumstances for anyone to advise.

So you have IUI and conceive when in a relationship – is that in a same-sex relationship and using donor sperm or with a male partner and using their sperm / donor sperm? If same-sex, is it you or your partner who gets pregnant?

You say in a relationship, so I assume not married/civil-partnered? Is your partner legally the other parent of your child?

Assuming from the title you've used donor sperm, did you buy it as an individual or did you also need to register your partner's details to buy the family slot?

Apologies. So had iui in a previous relationship and I conceived a baby using donor sperm. Ex partner is named on birth certificate. I’m aware that there is sibling sperm left. I wondered if I would still be able to use that sperm but on my own? Or because previous partner was named on birth certificate does it complicate the situation. Just wondered if anyone has been in this situation previously?
