IVF FET June 2023

Hi all, I had my FET last week on June 6th and my test day is this Saturday (17th).

This is my first time doing IVF and if this transfer doesn’t work out I have 3 more Embryos on ice. I’m really hoping to be one of those rare people who get the bullseye first time! 🤞🏽

Im currently on day 8 and for the first time In my life I have a horrible bout of hayfever the last few days which makes me feel so sorry for everyone who’s suffered with it. I wasn’t sure if it was a cold or hayfever but it seems more like the latter. I had no other symptoms until this morning when I started getting really mild cramping and I had a small amount of pink spotting.

Anyone else in the same boat with the same symptoms?

TBH I’m not sure if cold/hay fever like symptoms are associated with early stage of pregnancy but cramping and a some spotting is usually a great sign of implantation and a lot of people experience some spotting throughout early pregnancy.

would you test early or are you waiting for your official test date?

Hi @CurlsAndDimples I had my FET yesterday 14th all went well, I had few stopping today. The waiting to find out is torturous. I am badly suffering from hey fever too at the moment, trying not to think about the 2 weeks wait.
This is my first time doing IVF and if this transfer doesn’t work out I have 1 more Embryos on ice.

Hi @Priya24 congrats on a successful transfer, I have my fingers crossed for you. I feel ok-I’ve been keeping myself busy. We have lots of work to do in our new house so that’s kept my mind occupied and we’ve been going on 6 mile walks which I love. My only symptoms have been very mild cramping in the last 2 days, so I really don’t know which way this is going to go. Only 2 more sleeps! How are you feeling?

I am keeping myself busy too, i had mild cramping last few days but all seems quite today so not sure what is happening. Had to wait and see

@Priya24 Just to let you know (because it’s annoying when people don’t update their results), despite me feeling quite negative because I didn’t have any symptoms, I got my bfp this morning! A thick strong line that came up immediately. I wish the same for you, sending baby dust to you!
