Tww- symptoms

Hello,
a bit of background I had my first fresh transfer in November where I got a positive but unfortunately mmc at 7weeks. I knew it was going to be positive due to my boobs feeling different in the run up.

I hve now recently had a FET and am now in my TWW but have a serious lack of symptoms so far. however today I have woken up with back ache, something I normally get before my period, which I think is due tomorrow (though official test date isn’t until Saturday).

im trying to put off testing as don’t want to be disappointed but very scared about lack of boob pain and now back ache so think this FET hasn’t worked.

wanted to check if anyone else had very different pregnancy symptoms but still positive tests each time? Am I worrying for no reason??

My first transfer I had loads of symptoms it seemed! Sore boobs, weird crampy feelings, a tugging sensation behind my belly button which was pretty specific, I was convinced something was going on and it was a BFN. Second one I seemed to have no symptoms and I got a positive although it ended in a chemical. This time I’ve had symptoms come and go, sometimes I feel scarily normal, and I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant. I don’t think it’s ever the same! Good luck x

my test date is Saturday and I still have no symptoms at all except occasionally some back ache (could be due to the chairs I’m sitting in) to say I am scared is an understatement. Xx
