BBT after egg collection

A little bit about me, husband and I have been trying for about 2 years now, testing showed male factor so we were off to IVF, and just had a freeze all egg collection cycle due to OHSS.

When we were trying naturally I tracked my temperature and it suggested that I was ovulating monthly and the temperature dips would predict my period accurately.

I had my post egg collection withdrawal bleed 10 days after collection and now I’m on day 21 of the next cycle. From temp tracking this cycle it doesn’t look like I’ve ovulated and my temperature has bottomed out so low I’d be expecting to get my period today.

Has anyone had a lot of cycle disruption post collection? I’m disappointed as we have our follow up call at the end of this week and I feel like they’ll suggest I wait until my cycle regulates or do a medicated cycle, which I was hoping I might not need.

I had EC March with a freeze all cycle, I don’t track with temp, I just use ovulation tests. I normally ovulate 14 days after cycle day 1, but after my withdrawel bleed I only saw a positive ovulation test 17 days later, next period was on time.
I’ve had 2 cycles since and have gone back to my normal, so for me it was only the first cycle after EC that was irregular.
Clinics will generally advise waiting a full cycle to do a FET, and I imagine this is why so try not to stress, you’ll hopefully be back to normal next month 🤞🏼
