Day 1 egg collection results Brno

Hi looking for a bit of advice.
We are in brno and got resuts today to say we had 4 embryos day 1 egg collection but do not understand results.
Does anyone know what these mean?

I think it's to do with the quality. 1s are excellent and 2s are good. 3s are not good enough. Good luck, we were in Brno a week ago x

Hi - I realise this is an older thread but only by a few months so hopefully you're both still getting the notifications! We are looking at clinics in Europe and Brno is on our list. Have you been happy with your experiences there? x

Hey, I have also used Reprofit in Brno and only got 2 mature eggs...it is day 1 today after EC yesterday and they say 1 x 0/1 and 1 x 2PN...I do not know what this means. Im sure 2PN is to do with the Nucleus, but I am not sure what the 1 x 0/1 means? @loulamay I am very happy with Brno Reprofit clinic, are you going to be under them?

hi @Obrm - I think it's pronuclear? can't remember. We decided to go with them in end and super super happy. I had an egg retrieval in November and got 16 eggs and ended up with 6 embryos. Unfortunately, probably because of my age, they all had chromosomal issues but we are going for another retrieval in February.
