Missed period after egg collection

Just when I thought ivf couldn’t get more (not) fun….
I’m nearly 3 weeks late for my period. This is my second period after egg collection. Anyone else had this? Definitely not pregnant but very fed up with waiting!

Hey, yes. 55 days later it turned up. How long has it been for your BF?

It’s been 8 days so far but she’s freaking out and is very anxious. 55 days is a long time wow, this is crazy is this normal? She’s supposed to have embryo transfer at the end of July too. I really don’t know how this affects it? Any advice would be appreciated. I think she’s having a progesterone test today.

@Roseshoshoosh mine was messed up from the hormones from my egg collection. Normally I’m clockwork. I would speak to the clinic but try not to stress, I’m sure it will turn up. A lot of peoples periods get messed up from ivf.
