FET baby number 2 - adhesions/scar tissue during FET?!

Hi all!

it’s been a while since I’ve posted but I’ve just had a FET to hopefully conceive a sibling for our baby boy, born in 2021 after IVF.
During the FET, the doctor said she could see something white on the screen in my uterus. She asked about the pregnancy and birth and whether I may have had some sort of scarring. I can’t think of anything it can come from and am now worried about the FET outcome…
Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Hiya, when I went for my second FET, they told me my uterus was very much to the left and it looked as though I could have scaring and adhesions pulling my uterus that way.. but that FET was the successful one and currently 31 weeks pregnant!
