hi, me again. So i’ve been reading up on vitext angus cactus chaste berry and im
just looking for some advice really. I’ve bought some but haven’t taken any yet. I’m unsure whether to as it does say it helps with hormonal imbalance. I do seem to ovulate day 18/19 in my cycle, however i’ve not been using opks/ temping for a few months as it stressed me out so much. I have started having more regular cycles where the last 3 months af has started after 30 days. That last time i did an opk my luteal phase was 12 days. Previous to the last three months my periods could be anywhere from 28-35 days. Usually 34 days. Do i take it now my cycles are more regular? what do i do? help!

Hi, I took this while trying to conceive and I did conceive and had a successful pgcy. Gradually reduced intake as pgcy progressed. For me I feel it made a difference combined with progesterone cream.
cannot comment if it makes cycles more regular but I personally believe it does help with hormonal imbalances and can help successful conception/pgcy
good luck!

@Daisylookslost hi, thankyou for your reply! the reason i ask is because my cycles are quite regular so i don’t want to mess them up by taking it as it has mixed reviews and the more positive reviews are people who do have hormonal imbalance and irregular cycles. Congratulations on your pregnancy 😁

Personally wouldn't recommend as it messed my hormones up
