Hpv positive and about to start ivf

Hi all. Today I received my smear test result (attached) showed positive with changes in cells. Clinic won't go ahead with ivf until I have the colposcopy result back. Do you know what could happen here? I mean... if the colposcopy return positive but no intervention is needed, could they stop ivf all together? Any stories? I'm in Scotland with Aberdeen clinic if that matters. Thanks
